There are plenty of people who can do your health and safety!
Not everyone can create a personalised series of documents that become natural to implement in a day-to-day process, I have spent most of my life in customer-facing roles, from my years as an engineer through my days as an installation technician and continuing from 2008 as a Health and Safety advisor/manager.
Because of this, I am in a far greater position to design processes that will be adhered to by people who perform specific tasks regularly throughout their day.
It’s easy to reprimand employees for not following safety rules, but I believe it is better to create rules that make life easier for them and are natural to follow.
