Over time you will notice that my posts are far more profound than any training you can receive in your familiar places.
This is because I do not accept the usual way of doing things, I always question what I am told and seek to prove it for myself, I will give examples outside of the workplace where this way of thinking has influenced others.
I encourage people to validate things they are told for themselves, for the information I offer I will often give examples of ways you can prove what I am saying is correct.
I will be writing a post shortly that highlights the errors in the treatment of workers suffering from mental health issues, this is badly implemented and the accepted ways of supporting such people do not take into consideration the real issues that may be affecting them, there is currently a cop-out that many companies are utilising that is widely accepted as a fix.
